This hotel met what we needed in every way, would be happy to recommend. We enjoyed the venue, it was nice and exceptionally friendly with great Wi-Fi. - the hotel's location was wonderful, just off many restaurants, and shops, restaurants, and main roads. - the room was incredible and new-fashioned, ideal for 3 nights. - Everything was great. Residence Inn By Marriott Grand Rapids West in Grand Rapids truly delivered in every aspect, meeting all our needs. the venue was lovely and exuded exceptional friendliness, plus the Wi-Fi was strong. Situated conveniently near various eateries and shops, along with easy access to main roads, its location was perfect. the room was amazing and modern, making it a great choice for a three-night stay. In summary, our experience was outstanding.

The rooms have kitchens for longer stays, the staff is knowledgeable and fairly friendly, and it's conveniently located next to a mall and shops.

The location was favourable, relatively near Rivertown Crossings Mall. And we were next to shops, restaurants, and main roads, many restaurants to choose from and grocery stores, and the parkway.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Rivertown Shopping Mall for a business trip, and I must say, my experience was delightful. The large, comfortable rooms with kitchens were perfect for my longer stay, and the separate bedroom and living room were a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the proximity to dining options, including Anna's for breakfast, was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and shoppers alike.

Stayed for 3 nights at this nice and incredibly friendly place, greatly enjoyed the modern and fabulous room, as well as the nice pool.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the mall and grocery stores. The evenings spent at nearby Applebee's were great, enjoying drinks and the atmosphere.

The 2 room suite was perfect, fully stocked kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, great location, awesome breakfast.
